To see if your website has been affected by a maintenance event, visit the Site Status page to see if there’s a maintenance alert.
You’ll also get a message if there are any issues with your website or any of your related products.
If you’re not sure what is going on, or you can’t find your site in the maintenance alerts, check for a maintenance message on the site status page to find out if your site is on maintenance.
You can also find out how much downtime you’ll experience if your company has an outage.
If your site has been impacted by a large maintenance event or any other incident, the company should report it to the Site Maintenance Advisory Service, who can assist in resolving the issue.
You may also want to check with your organization’s IT department or call the site maintenance office directly for assistance.
If there’s an issue with your site, and you’re unable to get help from your company, check the Site Information page to determine the cause.
The site status will also help you determine if your existing site is still affected.
