Tesla Motors has a maintenance issue and its owner is complaining, so Tesla is making a public apology.
The owner, an auto maintenance worker from Colorado, wrote a blog post today explaining what went wrong, and what it’s going to take to get it fixed.
The company said it was “working with” the customer to help resolve the issue.
The post includes screenshots of what the Tesla Model X owner was experiencing, but the full blog post is below.
The Tesla Model 2 owner posted a similar post about their issue on the same day.
Tesla said it’s looking into the problem, but offered no more details at the time of publication.
