It’s a common refrain when it comes to air conditioning, which is why I’m not surprised to hear that when Boeing built its 737 MAX, the 747 was also built with a small air conditioner.
Boeing was using the MAX as a base for other planes, but the 737 had been the plane of choice for years.
Now, however, the MAX is finally being retired from the skies, and the 747 is likely to be phased out in the future.
The plane has already been retired from service, but not retired from its customers.
A Boeing spokeswoman told The New York Times that the 737 MAX was retired after only six years of service and it will be replaced by a newer aircraft.
That new aircraft, called the 737 Max 9.7, is expected to debut in 2019, according to a Boeing press release.
The new jet will be the first of its kind to fly in the skies with the MAX’s larger engine.
It will be based on the 737-800, which was the predecessor of the MAX, and will be able to fly with up to seven engines.
Boeing is currently working on a replacement for the 737 that is expected by 2019, the Boeing spokesperson told the Times.
The 737 MAX 9.2 is expected at the Air Force’s Aberdeen Proving Grounds in South Dakota.
Boeing will sell the MAX to Air Force personnel for $5.9 billion, the company said.
The MAX is a key part of Boeing’s Air Force plans to replace the aging 737 fleet, which has been in service since 1989.
The Air Force has said it will retire the MAX by 2027.
Boeing’s planes will be phased into the air by 2025.
